Web Design Proposal
I’ll submit a proposal, outlining everything we discussed in our consultation.
Proposal Acceptance
Once you have confirmed that you want to move forward with NiqDesigns, I will send over a contract and the first invoice.
Web Design Outline
This is where I explain the web design outline and how it will be implemented, as well as the anticipated timeframe.
Weekly -- Monthly Updates
We will have weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly updates, depending on how long the website will take.
Website Testing
Website testing before the website goes live. Will take anywhere from 1 – 4 weeks, depending on website complexity.
Website Demo
We will meet and go over your website. This is the last point where changes/updates can be made before final presentation.
Final Presentation
We will meet one more time to review the final website presentation. This is when all updates/changes have been made. Final payment will be due at this time.
Website Completed -- Handoff
Your website is now complete! We will meet for a training session, and your website handoff.
Yearly Maintenance
Unless you have signed up for additional training or maintenance, we will only meet once a year for website maintenance.
