I redesigned a website for a mobile notary business to create a modern, trustworthy online presence that clearly communicates services and improves the client booking experience. The previous website lacked strong branding, had confusing navigation, and did not effectively highlight the full range of services offered, making it difficult for visitors to understand how to request appointments.

My redesign focused on establishing a clean, professional aesthetic that aligns with the credibility and reliability expected from a notary service. I implemented a bold, streamlined color palette, introduced clear and consistent typography, and restructured the layout to make key services—such as general notary work, loan signings, apostille services, and fingerprinting—easy to find.

Key updates included reorganized service pages, improved call-to-action placement for faster booking, enhanced mobile responsiveness, and updated content to better explain service areas and requirements. I also integrated foundational SEO, refined page structure, and strengthened the overall user flow to reduce friction during the inquiry process.

The result is a polished, user-friendly website that builds trust with potential clients, presents services clearly and professionally, and supports increased appointments for the mobile notary business.
